At Decooria, we carefully inspect every product before shipping. If we notice any manufacturing issue while packing, we return the item to the supplier and inform you about a possible delay.
We always aim to deliver products in perfect condition, because we truly value your trust.

In rare cases where a defect is missed, customers may request a return for a full refund or replacement. Below is the process to follow:

Duration

Our return and refund policy lasts up to 48 hours after product delivery.
If more than 48 hours pass and no action is taken, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging

You can request for a return if:

  1. You received a different product than what you ordered

  2. The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly

How to Refund

  1. Take a clear photo of the product showing the issue.

  2. Send the image to us via WhatsApp or email using the contact details provided on our Contact Page.

  3. We will review your request. If the issue meets the return criteria, we will approve your return request.

  4. Once approved, you will be asked to send the product to our address using any local courier service. Our return address is available on the Contact Page

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm its condition.
If approved, please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue you a store credit coupon equal to the full value of your returned product.

Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, we will send product amount so you can place order again.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We will not be able to process returns or refunds if:

  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery without any return request

  • The product is used, damaged due to misuse, or not returned in its original packaging
